How MJL Premier Detailing LLC Started
About the Owner
My name is Matt Leach, and I am the owner and operator of MJL Premier Detailing LLC. My journey in the auto detailing industry began in 2016 when I worked as a detail technician at Rick’s Auto Care. From the very beginning, I knew I wanted to build something of my own and create a business centered around quality, integrity, and a passion for vehicle care.
While working a full-time job, I started offering car detailing services for friends and family on the side out of my parents’ house. Word quickly spread throughout the community, and what started as small side jobs soon began growing faster than I ever expected. That growth made me realize it was time to take the next step.
In 2018, I rented my first garage in Limerick while still working full time. After finishing my daily shift, I would head straight to the shop and work late nights building my auto detailing business. As demand continued to grow and customer support increased, I made the decision to leave my full-time job and pursue detailing full time.
In 2024, I came full circle by purchasing Rick’s Auto Care, the very place where my car detailing career first began. Today, that location proudly operates as MJL Premier Detailing LLC, representing years of hard work, dedication, and the support of an amazing community.
My goal has always been simple: to provide high-quality detailing services in Pottstown, PA, and build lasting relationships with customers, treating every vehicle as if it were my own.
